He was so helpful throughout the day, keeping us calm, guiding us naturally through photos, and even helping out with little things like fixing the dress and coordinating with guests. He felt more like a friend than a supplier.
Mark worked seamlessly with everyone, family, friends, even the videographer and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Nothing ever felt forced.
